What is the association dues rate?
Association dues rate will be determined by property management, depending on the projected operational cost of the project during turnover. This will be used for the maintenance of all common areas, security, etc.
Are there any fees that buyers need to pay prior to Turnover of Unit/Move-in?
- Membership to Homeowners Association
- Working Capital is a one time payment of a fee equivalent to three (3) months Regular Assessment or Monthly Association Dues.

Expansions
Prior to the start of any expansion work, an Owner is required to secure the prior written consent of the Property Management.
No expansion is allowed at the front portion of the ground floor. The space is intended for car garage and garden.
Ground and second level expansions at the back shall be allowed following the prescribed limitations and maintaining the mandatory setback and minimum open court area on the rear portion of the Lot. Details of the expansion is stated in the Deed of Restrictions.
Parking
All units have provision for parking space. Unit owners are not allowed to park their
vehicles outside their properties. Parking on side streets are NOT allowed.
Animals
Domestic Pets ONLY. No farm & barn animals. No breeding for commercial
purposes.
Landscaping Elements
Landscaping of the area within the property line of the Housing Unit fronting or adjacent to a Street is encouraged.
