About the role
Join the dynamic sales team at SM Development Corporation as a Real Estate Agent (Manager for Property Investment). This full-time role is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila and offers an exciting opportunity to excel in the residential sales sector.

What you'll be doing
- Identify and engage with potential property investors to understand their requirements and match them with suitable investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of SMDC's residential offerings
- Negotiate the terms of sale and manage the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within the local real estate market and generate new leads through various marketing activities
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support the achievement of overall business goals (Recruit potential international marketing partners and local sales associate to help you reach your quotas)
What we're looking for
- For Senior position, minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- For entry level, 4 years college grad of any degree or have completed 72 units.
Moreover;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust with prospective clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
- Proficient in using real estate-specific software and digital tools to streamline the sales process
- Ideally knowledgeable with web development, social media ads and online promotions (not necessarily a requirement)
- Bachelor's degree of any 4 years course (Ideally with Information Technology degree, Computer science or any related course
- Fresh graduates of any 4 years course are also welcome to apply
